Rpf Cabinet 5200 Series

Chubbsafes Record Protection Filing Cabinet provide fire protection for any paper based document in the event of a severe fire. It is tested and certified to the Underwriters Laboratories test standard UL 72 Class 350 (Fire Endurance Test) for paper protection against fire.

Product Feature:

• Body - The Body has an overall thickness of 57mm insulated with Chubbsafes patended PCDE fire resistant material. Proofing materials used are also asbestos-free, reliable, stable, well aerated and will not deteriorate with age.
• Drawer - The drawer is constructed with an overall thickness of 56mm. The proofing material is identical to the material used in the body of the cabinet. Each drawer is also suspended on full extension rails with bearings for durability and for ease of use. The drawer have been designed to fit most paper hoist and box files.
• Locking - The Chubbsafes RPF Cabinet comes in 2 locking variants.

1) Central Locking - One 3-wheel keyless combination lock and one key lock on the top drawer; controlling all drawer.

2) Individual Locking - One 3-wheel keyless combination lock and key lock on the top drawer. In addition, there is one key lock on each subsequent drawer for individual locking.

Chubbsafes document cabinets provide efficient fire protection for paper documents. The RPF 9000 series & 5200 series are tested and certified to the Underwriters Laboratories test standard UL 72 Class 350 for paper protection against fire for 120 minutes. Two, three or four drawers are available for both series.

The CS 300 series is tested and certified by ECB.S in accordance to EN 1047-1 for up to 120 minutes fire protection of paper documents.

• Boltwork - Secured by 4 active front bolts and full height fixed rear docking bolt. Each front bolt has a diameter of 32mm
• Frame - The " wrapped  around the wall " door frame is fabricated from steel sections, bent to form a single structure. Vestibule side frames at full height of the door are attached to the frame and grip the inside of the wall. This design provides stronger resistance against attacks to the door.
• Locking - Both doors are secured with a single 3-wheel Keyless Combination Lock and 8-lever double bitted Key Lock as standard. Both Locks operated independently of each other.
• Relocker - The Keyless Combination Lock and Key Lock are protected by two relocker. The relocker will be activated when the lock is attacked. The relocker is designed to secure itself into a solid metal extrusion that forms part of the integrated boltwork system when triggered. The relocker is further protected by drill resistant hard plates.
• Finish - The door comes standard with a painted grey primer based finish.

Chubbsafes 2" Strongroom Doors are specially designed and contructed to resist against high speed drills, force and fire.

Product Feature:

• Door - Solid door slab with a protective thickness of 50mm (2") forms the basis of the door, which has an overall thickness of 165mm. Filled with a specially formulated Chubbsafes F80 barrier material reinforced with steel fibers provides resistant to high speed drilling, oxy-acetylene cuttings and jack attacks.
• Boltwork - Secured by 7 active front bolts, 2 active top bolts, 2 active bottom bolts and 7 passive back bolts. Each bolt has a diameter of 32mm.
• Locking - Secured with a single 3-wheel Keyless Combination Lock capable of 1,000,000 change codes and a 8-lever double bitted Key Lock as standard. Both Locks operated indepently of each other. Keylock is protected by Manganese Plate.
• Fire Resistance - Tested in accordance with BS476 Part 22:1987 FireTest on Building Material and Structures for 120 minutes fire resistant rating.
• Relocker - Keyless Combination Lock is protected by Glass Relocker. Any forced attempt to dislodge the locks would activate these secondary locking devices. This restricts the movement of the internal boltwork system. Relockers are further protected by drill resistant hard plates to serve as extra protection.

Filled with a specially formulated F80 barrier material reinforced with steel fibers provides resistant to high speed drilling, oxy-acetylene cuttings and jack attacks. Boltwork - Secured by 7 active front bolts, 2 active top bolts, 2 active bottom bolts and 7 fixed rear bolts. Each bolt has a diameter of 50mm.
